My office is located in Burbank and I also live in the City of Burbank but I am very experienced and familiar with the San Fernando Valley, Glendale, La Crescenta, La Canada/Flintridge, Pasadena and the Santa Clarita, Valencia and Canyon Country  areas.

Most of the San Fernando Valley, with the exception of the Cities of Burbank and San Fernando are in the boundries of the City of Los Angeles and have Los Angeles Schools, Utilities, Police, Fire and other services. 

The Cities of Burbank, Glendale (including Montrose and La Crescenta), La Canada, Pasadena and  San Fernando are their own separate incorporated cities and have their own city services.  This could make a difference in choosing where to live with respect to the schools, police and other services.
